If the application identifies any potential risks, it will challenge you with one of your security questions. Also, the application does not store any private information on your mobile device.

I have tried to log into the app from my phone using the same username and password used online, but I get the error of “Error – You have entered invalid characters. Please try again.”

I have retried many times, but never works!

I agree with Jason on his request for a Windows Phone 8 app. I understand the web app is there, and that is great, but an official app would be so much better!

Jason, while we do not yet have an app for Windows Phone 8, we now have Mobile Browser Banking that is customized for phones like yours. It offers many of the same features as our apps, like checking balances, viewing transactions, making transfers, and paying bills. Simply go to mb.bellbanks.com on your phone. You can use the same username and password that you use today for Personal Online Banking to sign on.
