To me this sounds like a bunch of crap. Having to reset up everything in our bill pay system don’t make me to happy. I believe if it is not broke don’t fix it. Now you are trying to fix something that is not broke.

This will be a tremendous improvement.
    Thank you in advance.

Can’t access my on line account. I sent for a hint on my sign in and password said it was sent to my e-mail. Never showed up. Help?

If this system is “New and improved”, why are some bill pay payments that were previously sent electronically now sent by paper check? Sounds more like “old and slower”. Could just as well mail the payment myself.

    Vera,

Please call our customer service center at 701-298-1550. One of our representatives can help you access your personal online banking.

  • Bell State Bank & Trust on Jun 5, 2012 at 8:32 am #

Thanks for your comments, Gerald. The new online banking system will utilize your same username and password; and all of your accounts will be available on June 18. You will have access to online statements, mobile text banking and bill pay, all in one spot! All of your current bill pay payees will transfer over to the new personal online banking system, including one year’s history of payments, and all scheduled payments.

The only item that won’t transfer over are ebills. These are bills you’re receiving electronically in bill pay, not in your personal email. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call our customer service center at 701-298-1550.

    Larry,

Thanks for your comment. Most bill pay payments will be sent electronically. In a few instances, we will have to mail a payment; however, you still will save time and postage by using our free bill pay system.

The new bill pay system does provide new highly requested payment features. These will be available on June 18.
