Bell is proud to announce our recent hiring of Jason Pohlen and promotions of Carla Deibert, Kelly Fenno, Cecelia Jorud, Becca Kronlund and Nick Stenzel.
Jason Pohlen has been hired as SVP/commercial lender at Bell Bank, located at 1001 Broadway in Alexandria, Minn. In his new position, Pohlen will develop and manage client relationships with commercial banking opportunities in the Alexandria market.
Originally from Minneota, Minn., Pohlen graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato and has been in the banking field for nearly 25 years. Pohlen spent 16 years at Wells Fargo and the most recent 8 years at Bremer Bank.
Carla Deibert has been promoted to VP/commercial loan documentation manager at Bell Bank, located at 3100 13th Avenue South in Fargo. In her new position, Deibert will lead the commercial loan documentation team and implement commercial loan documentation and legal risk management policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Deibert attended Fergus Falls Community College and Minnesota State University Moorhead. She has worked at Bell Bank for 17 years.
Kelly Fenno has been promoted to VP/retail loan administrator at Bell Bank, located at 3100 13th Avenue South in Fargo. In her new position, Fenno will work on developing, implementing, communicating and maintaining consumer lending and loan documentation policies, guidelines and procedures and training.
Fenno grew up in an Air Force family. She earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education and psychology from the University of Jamestown and a master of education in counseling from North Dakota State University. She has worked at Bell Bank for 20 years, working in and managing loan documentation positions.
Cecelia Jorud has been promoted to personal banking officer at Bell Bank, located at 1333 South 8th Street in Moorhead. In her new position, Jorud will work to retain and expand existing personal deposits and loan relationships with customers.
Originally from Sartell, Minn., Jorud has worked at Bell Bank for over five years, most recently in retail underwriting.
Becca Kronlund has been promoted to SVP/commercial legal and loan documentation at Bell Bank, located at The Colonnade, 5500 Wayzata Blvd in Minneapolis. Kronlund will lead the commercial legal and commercial loan documentation departments which support the commercial banking, private banking and correspondent banking teams. Additionally, she will oversee the development and administration of legal risk management and documentation policies for the commercial bank.
Originally from Two Harbors, Minn., Kronlund earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota and a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. She joined Bell Bank in 2012 and previously served as SVP/commercial finance attorney. Prior to that she was an attorney at U.S. Bank National Association and Briggs and Morgan, P.A. specializing in banking and real estate law.
Nick Stenzel has been promoted to assistant branch manager at Bell Bank, located at 3100 13th Avenue South in Fargo. In his new position, Stenzel will manage branch operations while also assisting customers with a variety of needs ranging from opening new accounts to accepting and processing consumer loan requests.
Originally from Rochester, Minn., Stenzel earned a bachelor's degree in management from North Dakota State University. He has worked at Bell Bank since 2011, holding retail positions at several locations. He was most recently a personal banking officer at the Moorhead location.
