Faye Siegle feels so good when she visits Bell Bank, sometimes she’ll stop by even when she doesn’t have to. A customer since before there was a branch in Pelican Rapids, she encouraged the bank to open a location in town.

Faye has referred many people to Bell over the years, and she tries to be tactful when she talks about the bank – but as the sister of our board chairman, Richard Solberg, she can’t help but brag a little bit.

“I’m very proud of him, and I’m proud of Bell Bank. The bankers are very friendly, and they’re very, very knowledgeable. If you’ve got a problem, they’ll be there for you. They’re very supportive, but they always make you feel like it’s not a big problem. They just make you feel good.”

Everybody’s friendly. All the tellers are so friendly; they’re very, very helpful. In fact, Susie Lynnes (customer service representative) will help me with my checking account.

I love to go to Bell Bank. It is really fun. They have a lot of people coming and going, and you run into people you know. I go in there sometimes when I wouldn’t even have to, because they’re just always so friendly – they lift up your day. They make your day, just going in there.

I like the fact that they do a lot of things in the community. They help the community, and I think that’s very nice. I grew up that way. I like Pelican Rapids, and I appreciate the fact that they do so much for our community.
