The branches I frequent the most know me by name. It's just an infectious friendliness. I'm that kind of person, myself, so I'm drawn to that. Whenever I ask a question, if they don't know an answer to something, they're always willing to find out.

I chose Bell because I knew the bank had been in the community for a long time, and there are multiple locations all over town – even down at the lakes. No matter what location I go to, I get great customer service every time. They are always friendly.

Eric FischerStacy Wright Stacey Rastedt I often bank at the north Fargo branch, because it’s so close to where I work and live. All of the tellers at the north branch, they’re just wonderful. Branch manager Stacey Gratton and personal banker Stacy Wright have always been more than helpful.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with commercial banker Eric Fischer when I bought a rental unit. He helped me out tremendously with that.

 

My favorite Bell Bank cookie:

It’s always the chocolate cookies with the white chips. Those are my favorite.
