I work with Donna Ryan (personal banker) and Jason Pohlen (Alexandria branch president) quite a bit. They’re extremely helpful. If I have a question, they’re right on top of it. We do a lot of business through merchant accounts, so that’s huge. They’re on the ball, keeping us informed. They make it pretty simple. Any time I’ve had tough questions or needed some guidance, they’ve been there.
