We need to support our community businesses. I get great customer service at Bell because it is a community bank.
How I chose Bell:
It was Bell’s reputation. I had heard so many good things about the bank.

Ann Potts (lead teller) takes care of everything for me at Southpointe. Tellers Carolyn Lieb-Jorgensen and Rhonda Peterson wait on me most of the time at Northport. Outside of the tellers, Stacey Gratton (branch manager) can usually take care of any of my needs.
There’s more of a personal relationship. They know my name, and often when I pick something up for work, it’s already at the window before I get there. It’s the friendliness and how knowledgeable they are. So often when you go into businesses now, no one knows anything, but at Bell, when I ask a question, it’s answered.
As a business administrator, I work with Rock Messerschmidt (commercial banker) a lot, too. When it comes to more complicated loans, he can put those pieces together, which is so helpful for me.
In general, it’s just the hospitality that the staff shows. You feel important.

I love all cookies. I think cookies are food groups.

I tell them they should bank at Bell! When I walk in, the staff is always friendly. They’re knowledgeable, and they all know my name. I can request anything, and they answer all of my questions. It’s great customer service.
