Hill Earns Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) Credential
Jennifer Hill has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). The credential recognizes mastery of retirement plan fundamentals, as well as expertise in the administration and compliance of 401(k) plans.
In preparation for the challenging QKA examinations, Hill completed a rigorous educational program which covered all facets of retirement planning, with specific emphasis on plan issues such as coverage and nondiscrimination, deductions and allocations, and reporting requirements. The curriculum also required detailed knowledge of eligibility and participation rules, practices with highly compensated employees, as well as plan amendment and termination procedures.

Hill is currently a VP/relationship manager at Bell State Bank & Trust, located at 3216 13th Avenue South in Fargo. Hill holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Minnesota State University and has obtained the Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) Retirement Designation through ICB. Hill has been in the banking industry for 11 years, with nearly 8 years in the retirement division with Bell State Bank & Trust.
