Remodeled Downtown Fargo Branch Now Open

Bell State Bank & Trust’s newly remodeled downtown Fargo location is now open at 15 Broadway. The new main-floor location is home to Bell State Bank & Trust’s downtown retail banking team. Additional space on the main floor, as well as several other floors, houses trust and estate planning and investment professionals from the bank’s wealth management division.

The bank includes drive-up services as well as transaction and office space. There is ample on-street and building lot parking. Anchoring the bank’s interior will be a water feature, plus a fireplace faced with North Dakota “legacy” stone hand-picked by the late Mickey Snortland, a major Bell State Bank & Trust shareholder who passed away in January 2013.

Lobby hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays, and the drive-up is open 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays.

Cheryl Stock is vice president/branch manager of the location. She has been with Bell State Bank & Trust since 2001. Stock said open house events will be held at the new location in the spring. Meanwhile, she encourages the public to stop in, see the new space and visit with banking professionals.

“We are very pleased to be a part of the growth and vitality of downtown Fargo,” said Michael Solberg, Bell State Bank & Trust president. “This newly remodeled space is a ‘gateway to downtown’ and provides clients of our bank and wealth management division a wonderful space to connect and do business.”

“will be a water feature”… as in… the water feature isn’t installed yet? When will that be ready?

    James,
Thank you for your comment! The water feature is working, and is quite unique. You should stop by to see it. The fireplace is currently being worked on and should be complete soon.

Is there a ATM available in the drive thru?

  • Bell State Bank & Trust on Feb 20, 2014 at 3:18 pm #

    Andy,
Thank you for your question. The ATM for the downtown Fargo branch is in the entryway of the building located at 15 Broadway. You can find it by entering the west side of the building, directly off of Broadway.

Congrats on the opening. I have been anticipating the opening since summer last year. Is the third floor office now closed?

  • Bell State Bank & Trust on Feb 25, 2014 at 10:48 am #

    Jamie,

Thank you for the kind words! Yes, the temporary location on third floor is closed and we are now located in the lobby on the first floor. Please stop by and visit the newly remodeled branch.
