Monson will be presented the award at the ABA National Agricultural Bankers Conference in Milwaukee, Wis., on Nov. 6.

Roger also served as the chairman of the American Institute of Banking, as a board member then chairman of the North Dakota Bankers Association and most recently as a two-term member of the North Dakota State Banking Board.
“I’m truly humbled as I’ve known and looked up to many of the ag bankers who have received this honor in the past,” said Monson.
