Bill Pay

Bill Pay lets you schedule ongoing payments for regular bills such as car loans, mortgage payments, cable, utilities or insurance premiums. At Bell State Bank & Trust, Bill Pay with unlimited transactions comes free with your personal checking account. (Personal Online Banking is required to sign up for online Bill Pay.)

Online Paperless Statements

Go green! With Online Statements you get your bank statements online instead of by mail. It’s exactly the same as the statement you receive in the mail … only it’s online, so you can log in to view it when it’s convenient for you! (Need a hard copy? Just click “Print”!) You can access all of your online statements from 2008 onward. You are able to request statements dated prior to 2008 for up to 7 years from date of request by calling Customer Service at 701-298-1539 or toll-free 800-450-1529.

Paperless Statements are automatically available in the new Personal Online Banking System. If you’re still currently receiving paper statements, please follow these instructions to cancel paper statements and view them online instead.

  1. Sign-on to Personal Online Banking
  2. Click on the Self Service tab
  3. Select Manage Account Preferences
  4. Check the box of each account under the Paperless Statements column

Popmoney Person-to-Person Payments

Pay your babysitter, your kids, or just about anyone via Popmoney. All you need is their name and email address or mobile number, and you can email or text to move money from your bank account to theirs. It’s easy, fast and secure.

Bank-to-Bank Transfers

Now you can transfer funds not only between your Bell State Bank & Trust accounts, but between your accounts here and those at other financial institutions! Access Bank-to-Bank Transfers via Personal Online Banking, and more easily manage your finances.

Mobile Banking

Access your account information through any of our free Mobile Banking solutions. Use the same username and password you use for Personal Online Banking to access our mobile app and mobile browser. (message and data rates may apply)

Bell Bank Mobile App

Our “Bell Bank” mobile app for iPhone® or Android™ phones gives you account access from your smartphone or tablet. Just download the app from the Android market or App Store, log in, and you’ve got online banking – wherever your mobile device takes you! Learn more.

Mobile Check Deposit

Deposit personal checks into your account using the Bell Bank Mobile App. Simply log in to the app, click on Deposit, and take a picture of the check. It is safe, secure, and will save you a trip to the bank. Learn more.

Mobile Browser Banking

View your account balances, transactions, transfer funds, pay your bills and more from your mobile device. Mobile Browser Banking is designed to be viewed on your phone’s internet. Access it by going to mb.bellbanks.com

Mobile Text Banking

Bell State Bank & Trust’s Mobile Text Banking gives you all the convenience of secure banking, right there in your cell phone. Check your balance from the store, conduct secure transactions when you travel, or bank during your work day. Best of all, it’s free! (You must have a cell phone and be able to text; normal charges and text messaging fees from your mobile carrier may apply.)

With Mobile Text Banking, you can:

    • Check balances
    • Transfer funds
    • See your transaction history
    • Receive alerts such as overdraft posted or low balance

Log in to Personal Online Banking and select the Mobile & Alerts tab to enroll your mobile phone number. Once your phone is enrolled, choose My Alerts to set up your alert preferences.

Automated Phone Banking

Automated phone banking is easy, using your phone key pad. You can access current account information, review check, deposit and loan transactions and transfer funds between accounts.

Just call 701-298-FAST (3278) or toll-free 877-298-FAST (3278). The first time you call, you will need to have your Social Security and account numbers ready. You will also be asked to select your own personal identification number (PIN).

ATMs

Bank 24/7 with the convenience of ATMs. Bell State Bank & Trust was the first bank in town to rebate our customer’s ATM fees. We automatically refund four domestic ATM fees a month per checking account. That’s an average of one ATM withdrawal a week, and it’s refunded automatically, so you no don’t need to save receipts!

Remember, you can use your Bell State Bank & Trust ATM card free at Bell State Bank & Trust locations.
